Although experience would be beneficial, experience is not required to franchise an Avellino’s. We do however highly recommend you to be experienced in the day-to-day food service operations. Avellino’s has a great system that works and is easy to learn. We offer 4 weeks of training, 2 weeks are completed at our corporate store and 2 weeks are completed at your operating location. The 4 week program includes extensive hands on learning as well as classroom theory. After the training is complete our management will never leave you running your store alone unless you are 110% confident and ready.

The Franchise fee is a one time payment of $25,000.

The weekly ongoing Royalty fee is 6% of gross sales. This fee pays for ongoing development of the Avellino’s Franchise system as well as training and support, implementation of new products and research.

The weekly advertising fee is 2% of gross sales. This fee pays for some of the most important elements of building the Avellino’s Franchise system. These elements include marketing, advertising and branding.

Avellino’s feels that once an owner has mastered the skills required to successfully operate their first location with a minimum of 2 years at the 1st location, we can then discuss the next steps to open their 2^nd location and so on.

The cost to build a store depends on many factors but ranges from approximately $257,500 to $392,500. Avellino’s requires at least 50% of the franchise cost to be unencumbered. The remaining amount may be financed.

Yes. Avellino’s will find you a location that’s right for you. Avellino’s believes that choosing the right location is extremely important and there are many factors to consider in choosing the right location. If you know of a location(s) that is available, Avellino’s management and realtors are always open to suggestions, but will only choose and approve the location they feel is appropriate. Locations must be approved by Avellino’s Franchise Corporation.
